The Napolean complex is named after French Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte. The conventional wisdom is that Napoleon overcompensated for his short height by seeking power, war and conquest. The Urban Dictionary describes it as a personality complex that consists of power trips and false machismo to make up for short height and feelings of inferiority.
